Noble Tree Chardonnay 2009 – Sourced from Sonoma County’s famed Knights Valley appellation, this 100% Chardonnay shows quintessential warm northern California fruit. Aromas of citrus zest and toasted almond dance from the glass. Flavours of ripe apple and kumquat complement the hints of fresh cream and oak. Soft, driven acidity balances the bright fruit. Noble Tree Pinot Noir 2008 – This is classic Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. Bright Garnet in color, with notes of red cherry, raspberry and spicy currant on the nose. Expressive red fruits fatten up the natural acidity on the palate. A very classic, clean and refreshing Russian River Pinot Noir. 240 cases made.
Noble Tree Tempranillo 2009 – This wine is a rare treat to see from Alexander Valley. Rustic earthen aromas compliment the herbaceous fruit. There is a natural grippy tannic structure that adds to this food driven wine. Light to full bodied fare will pair well with this versatile wine. This “Baby Rioja” is ready to drink now. 50 cases made.
Noble Tree ‘The Noble Blend’ 2008 – Petite Sirah 37.5%, Grenache 36.3%, Syrah 19.9 %, Counoise 6.3%. Dark purple in color, with a nose of sweet spice box and white pepper, the wine coats the palate with fresh fruit – sweet red and black cherries, black currant, and blackberries. Smooth and integrated tannins in the finish contain abundant dried cherry, white pepper, cassis, and just a hint of brine and minerals. 350 cases made.
Noble Tree Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 – This Cabernet evokes flavors of dark berry and plum. Super soft but structured tannins balance this bold yet refreshing wine. A great example of juicy, ready to drink Cabernet Sauvignon with the backbone to handle bold flavored foods.
Noble Tree Zinfandel 2008 – Dry Creek Valley, famous for complex Zinfandels, lends its rich terroir to this wine. On the nose, this wine evokes ripe blue-berry and cassis with mild hints of white pepper. Just a touch of baking spice adds a refreshing depth of character. Noble Tree Malbec Dessert Wine 2003 – Harvested at maximum ripeness in the heart of the Dry Creek Valley, this sensationally balanced Malbec dessert wine was aged in barrel for three years and displays red cherry turning into black cherry as the wine attacks the palate.
