Nomade
It was 1994 when Tomás Achaval started dreaming about Nómade. The Andes and the surrounding constellation of vineyards captivated his soul at the time he was the president of Chandon Winery in Argentina (The most important winery of Moet Hennessy / LVMH outside France). From that moment on he knew that the wine world, its people and culture would turn out to be the axis of his life. As a world traveler he learned from experienced people, who shared with him their knowledge which Tomás wittily put into practice at Bodegas Chandon taking the company to a top international level. In 2002, with all this precious experience and his never-ending passion, Tomás started looking for the best terroirs in the Andean Region where the selected grape varieties can reach their full expression to make wines that will capture the unique flavor of the Andes to captivate and entertain the consumer’s senses. The Team: Enologist: Gabriela Celeste, Executive Director of Eno-Rolland; Michel Rolland head enologist in Argentina. Previously enologist in Chateaux Bonne Pasteur in Pommerol.
