7 Lunas
Seven are the moons that need to pass since the vine buds start blooming at the beginning of spring up to harvesting time, in the early autumn, the most important time; the one that determines the wine quality.
The wines are crafted with grapes carefully selected by Tomas Achaval who personally walks every inch of Los Andes area searching for unique vineyards. Like the Nomads that inhabited this region centuries ago, Tomas is guided by his instinct, past experiences and friends that he meets during his journeys. From these special vineyards he obtains wines that surprise our senses by their personality and elegance as well as by the stories of the people and terroir behind them.
